Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-3318: Transfer of General Fund Capital 55000 for District 3 930 in the amount not to exceed $20,000 into Salaries 53000 for County Commissioners 120. Transfer General Fund for County Commissioners 120 in the amount not to exceed $6,825 from M&O 54000 for $2,4000 Capital 55000 for $1,000 and Benefits 52000 for $3,425 all into Travel 53000. Transfer is necessary to cover anticipated salary expenses through the remainder of the fiscal year 2023-24. This item is requested by the District 2 Commissioner, Brian Maughan. 2024-3318
8. 2. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-3319: Transfer of General Fund Benefits 52000 for Drug Court 304 in the amount not to exceed $7,000 into Salaries 51000. Transfer is necessary to complete payroll period June 2024. This item is requested by the Public Defender, Brigitte Biffle. 2024-3319
9. 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-3321: Transfer of General Fund M&O 54000 for Excise Board 180 in the amount not to exceed $1,852 into Salaries 51000. 10. 4. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-3335: Transfer of General Fund M&O 54000 for Emergency Management 550 in the amount not to exceed $2,061.50 into Salaries 51000. Transfer is necessary to cover anticipated salary expenses through the remainder of the fiscal year. This item is requested by Emergency Management, David Barnes. 2024-3335

12. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-3342: Transfer of General Fund Fringe 52000 for Juvenile Bureau 526 in the amount not to exceed $29,000.00 into Salaries 51000.
