- 1. Discussion and possible actions to approve meeting minutes of June 10, 2024.

- 2. Receive, accept and discuss report by Chief Executive Officer Brandi Garner and/or those persons designated by her, regarding operation of and improvements for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, which may include personnel recruitment initiatives, Oklahoma State Health Department matters, the housing of juveniles, medical procedures and matters, budgetary and financial matters, plans for improvement of operation of the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and regarding enhanced use of release of detainees through the Medical Own Recognizance Program, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.
- 3. Discussion and possible action to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the provision of pretrial services. Presented by Brandi Garner, Chief Executive Officer.
- 4. Receive, accept, and discuss report by Chief Financial Officer Chris Sherman regarding income statements, financial reports, and current budget for Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, with possible actions as desired by the Authority.

- 6. Receive, accept, and discuss report by Donna Hanson of Turn Key Health regarding provision of medical services at the detention center.
- 7. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2024-3439: declaring listed property to be unclaimed and abandoned and authorizing the District Attorney to initiate proceedings to allow disposal by destruction, donation, or sale. Presented by Matthew Sandburg.
- 8. Discussion and possible action to approve Consulting Services Agreement with GAR, Inc. for expert services in Altstatt v. OCCJA, et al. Case No. CIV-2022-811-D. Amount of contract not to exceed $75,000. Requested by District Attorney’s Office.
- 9. Discussion and possible action to approve Consulting Services Agreement with OSS Law Enforcement Advisors for expert services in Estate of Davis v. OCCJA, et al. Case No. CIV-2023-780-J. Amount of contract not to exceed $75,000. Requested by District Attorney’s Office.
- 10. Report regarding meetings of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority Citizens Advisory Board, with discussion and possible acceptance and other actions as desired by the Authority.

OCCJA, et al, Case No. CIV-2023-780-J and where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
