- 23. Discussion and possible action to allow the hanging of flyers for the August 16th Warrant Clearing Event.

- 24. Discussion and possible regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the City of Choctaw and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of a portion of road belonging to the Municipality, location at NE 10th St between N Indian Meridian Road and Triple X Road. The total estimated project is $706,654.61, but not to exceed $710,000. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Eight Dollars and Ten Cents ($499,808.10). This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2025. Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement for Services between Marshall Environmental Management, Inc, and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for Annex 5th Floor Asbestos Abatement- ARPA Project #10033. Marshall Environmental Management, Inc. submits Change Order No. 1 to perform additional work to fireproof by the elevators, additional asbestos abatement per DOL and the air monitoring of the additional asbestos abatement. The total amount of the change order shall not exceed Twenty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and Sixty cents ($23,800.60). Anderson & House, Inc. submits Change Order No. 1 to upgrade keyed door controllers. The total amount of the change order shall not exceed Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and no cents ($4,365.00). This is within the statutory allowable change order limit. - 41. Discussion and possible action regarding an ARPA Subrecipient Agreement between the Board of Oklahoma County Commissioners and Share Foundation. Agreement not to exceed $250,000 to partner with fellow home builders, local businesses, and construction vendors to provide homes directly to at-risk families or other non-profits working with at-risk families at no cost.
