Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-4108: Transfer funds from Salaries 1001-301 $747,649.07 and Benefits 1001-301 $139784.05 to M&O 1001-301 in the amount not exceed $877,433.12. This is to pay OK County Detention Center and TEEM (The Education and Employment Ministries) MOU invoices. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Chairman of the Board.

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-4112: Transfer of appropriation from ARPA Fund 14153305 AR073 Capital to ARPA Fund 14153305 AR073 M&O in the amount not to exceed $229,000.00. Transfer is necessary to continue the OCDC (Oklahoma County Detention Center) HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) & Life Safety Improvement Project AR073. This item is requested by Stacey Trumbo, Engineering.

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-4120: Transfer of Special Revenue Grant Fund 1162 Benefits 52000 for Sheriff OHSO Traffic Safety 505 in the amount not to exceed $22,000.00 into Salaries 51000. Transfer is necessary to cover anticipated salary expenses for August 2024. This item is requested by Tommie Johnson III, County Sheriff.
