- 16. Discussion and possible action to approve the first amended contract for services between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma and The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM). TEEM will perform pretrial release “support services” including case management and supervision to pretrial releasees, including education opportunities, employment assistance, connection to substance abuse and mental health treatment, and case management services to assist releasees in navigating the judicial process. This agreement shall commence on July 1, 2024, and terminate on December 31, 2024. Amount of the contract not to exceed $675,457.47. Approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA. Requested by Brian Maughan, Chairman of the Board.

- 17. Discussion and possible action regarding the Oklahoma County Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. This item is requested by the County Clerk Finance Department, Office of Maressa Treat.

- 18. Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 2 on ODOT Project STP-255C (556) CO. Intersection modification at Britton and Luther Road near Jones . This change order is necessary to compensate the contractor for the underrun of clearing and grubbing. The total value for the change order is $12,489.27 (Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars and 27/100). The County share will be reflected in the final cost apportionment of the project Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
- 19. Discussion and possible action regarding signing the claim form from Pinnacle for acquisition services for Bridge and Approaches Replacement Project: J/P 28718(05) Luther Rd over North Canadian River. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.

Discussion and possible action regarding Amendment No. 02 to the Agreement for Services between William White & Associates, LLC and the board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County to provide additional onsite owner’s representative time for ARPA #10073-HVAC and Life Safety Improvements and the existing jail. The total amount of the agreement line item shall increase by $229,000.00 for the Purchase Order 22304864. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.

Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for Services between Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners regarding OK County JP No. 37978(04)- Westminster Rd over Coffee Creek. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed $29,200.00. Requisition No.12501936 has been issued from CBRI Fund (11116120) contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Discussion and possible action to approve for submission the Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification (ESAC) Form, as required to maintain eligibility for the receipt of Federal Asset Forfeiture funds and equipment (Munis ORG 16151100). Once approved, the report will be filed electronically with the United States Department of Justice and the United States Department of the Treasury.
