- 12. Discussion, review, and possible action regarding the appointment of a BOCC representative and alternate to the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG), replacing Commissioner Blumert, for FY24-25. Requested by County Commissioner Carrie Blumert, District 1.
- 13. Discussion and possible action to approve the Agreement for Specific Assistance between Oklahoma County and the Oklahoma City Public School District pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 339(18) and Title 19 O.S. § 359; to assist with the removal of rock and trees for site prep at the new Belle Isle High School location at 221 E Wilshire Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK. County agrees to provide the equipment, materials, and personnel for the project in an amount to exceed Fifty-Four Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($54,142.18). Oklahoma County Highway Cash will be made 100% whole with District 1 General Funds (Req. 12502140) reimbursing Highway Cash for an amount not to exceed Fifty-Four Thousand One Hundred Forty-Two Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($54,142.18) of the cost of labor & equipment. Additionally, the School will reimburse the County for all materials associated with this project at an estimated cost of Zero Dollars and Zero Cents ($0.00). - 17. Discussion and possible action to approve Consulting Services Agreement with OSS Law Enforcement Advisors to provide expert consulting services in relation to Estate of Martin v. BOCC, CJ-2018-6124. Amount of the contract not to exceed $60,000.00. Requisition No. 12502329 has been issued to OSS Law Enforcement Advisors in the amount of $60,000.00 from Self-Insurance Fund (40310110)

- 18. Discussion and possible action regarding approval of Programming Resolution No. 2024- 4385 for Oklahoma County Bridge in District 1 located on East 1000 Britton Road & Hiwassee- Jones RCB. The total estimated cost is One Million Three Hundred and Seventy-One Thousand Nine Hundred Five dollars and no/100 ($1,371,905.00) with the 20% county share estimated to be Two hundred Forty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four dollars and 60/100 ($242,984.60) Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.

Discussion a possible action to approve, accept and sign the Report of Conference between bridge owner (Oklahoma County) and bridge inspection consultant (Consor) for county bridges NBI 16266 (Local ID 066) & NBI 32219 (Local ID 145A).
