Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-4382: Transfer of appropriation from ARPA Fund 70395462 AR121 M&O to ARPA Fund 70395462 AR121 Capital in the amount not to exceed $42,500.00. Transfer is necessary to fully fund KONE's contract for construction services. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
- 4. Discussion and possible action to appoint Cody Compton as the District One primary representative on the Public Buildings Authority Advisory Committee replacing Joe R. Blough; appointing Lou Leake and Sakinah Smith as District One alternates for the Public Buildings Authority Advisory Committee. Requested by District 1.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding the following Metro Parking Garage contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management. Contract #2281, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Scott Wilmeth.
- 6. Discussion and possible action regarding the use of the Lincoln facility parking lot, located at 4201 N. Lincoln, for the Infant Crisis Center annual fundraising luncheon on October 16, 2024. This item requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
