- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding all claims, list is attached and available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.

- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement for Services between the Public Buildings Authority of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners, and Lingo Construction Services, Inc. for Construction Management At Risk Services for the Krowse Property Renovation. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed Seventeen Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Dollars and No/100 ($17,320,713.00). PO 22402709 has been issued in the amount of $5,013,270.00 from PBA ARPA Fund Project # 10064- KROWSE EMERGENCY OP CENTER, PO 22402778 has been issued in the amount of $2,480,443.00 from Krowse- Capital Projects, and PO 22402777 has been issued in the amount of $9,827,000.00 from Jail Bonds 2023.
