- 5. Discuss, study, partnering with the Criminal Justice Authority, and make possible recommendations to the Budget Board regarding the CJA's efforts to implement and assume full operational responsibility for providing medical services to detainees. Requested by the Budget Board.

Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation related to the transition of the duties, responsibilities, and personnel of Court Services to TEEM, District Attorney's office, and the OK County Detention Center. This discussion may include but is not limited to any changes related to MOUs, contracts, budgets, funding, personnel, duties, policies, and procedures.
