- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-4984: Cash fund appropriation for Public Building Authority-ARPA Fund 7030-460 in the amount not to exceed $400,000.00. To appropriate miscellaneous receipt contingent upon the check being deposited from ARPA Fund 1415 per ARPA sub-recipient agreement.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2024-5068: Cash fund appropriation for Public Building Authority-Reserve 7030-445 in the amount not to exceed $378,035.08. To appropriate miscellaneous receipts for the month of October 2024.
- 6. Discussion and possible action regarding allowing the Oklahoma County Treasurer's office to use the event room at the Lincoln building for the 2025 Treasurer Resale from June 6th - June 13th, 2025. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
- 7. Discussion and possible action regarding the adoption of the Memorandum of Understanding to the PBA subrecipient agreements to allow the expenditure of funds between January 2025 and December 2026, aligning with the updated regulatory framework. Requested by Danielle Drastata.
