Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement for Construction Management at Risk Services between The Public Buildings Authority and Lingo Construction Services, LLC, for the Investor’s Capital Building housing the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s office. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed $14,000,000, contingent upon encumbrance of funds, for construction of the project in the form of a guaranteed maximum price and shall include the cost of the work as established by the CMAR.
