- 30 Juvenile Bureau
- 18. Discussion and possible action regarding the Service Agreement between BOCC on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Chatman Counseling and Rehabilitation for the purposes of providing non-residential services to the juvenile offenders in a comprehensive program designed to meet the identified needs of the youth. This Service Agreement is at no cost to Oklahoma County and shall be effective January 2025 through January 2026 and will be automatically renewed for three years. - 19. Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2025-0033 accepting the Final Plat of Council Plains as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2024-10) was approved by the Planning Commission on October 17, 2024. The plat consists of seven (7) lots that encompass approximately forty-four (44) acres. The subject property is located on the northwest corner of NW 234th St./Sorghum Mill Rd. and Council Rd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner.
