- 2. To enter executive session pursuant to 25 O.S.2021, §307(B)(1), to discuss the employment of the Jail Administrator, an individual salaried employee. Title 25, Section 307(B)(1) of the Open Meetings Act allows public bodies to go into executive session for the purpose of “discussing the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee. Requested by Rod Heggy, ADA.
- 3. To enter executive session pursuant to 25 O.S.2021, §307(B)(1), to discuss the employment of a new Jail Administrator or Administrators, individual salaried employee or employees, the engagement of a search firm or consultant, and hiring of other personnel. Requested by Rod Heggy, ADA.
- 4. To enter executive session pursuant to 25 O.S.2021, §307(B)(1), to discuss the job description for the employment of a new Jail Administrator or Administrators, individual salaried employee or employees, the engagement of a search firm or consultant, and hiring of other personnel and creation of a subcommittee of the Trustees to manage the hiring process, as needed. To enter executive session pursuant to 25 OS §307 (B)(4) to consider a pending investigation, claim or action such as settlement by contract with the City of Oklahoma City, and its Police Department, because the public body, with the advice of its attorney, determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
