- 11. Discussion and possible action to approve the contract between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and the Oklahoma County Board of County commissioners, on behalf of District 1, for Rural Economic Action Plan Funds (REAP) grant Oklahoma_2025_4 in the amount not to exceed $313,311. This is a reimbursement grant. District 1 will utilize the funding to assist the City of Spencer with the demolition of sections of old sidewalk, removal of vegetation and topsoil, grading and compacting the base, building concrete forms and pouring 4,908 feet of new 5ft wide sidewalk with ADA ramps on property owned and under the jurisdiction of the City of Spencer. Requested by Oklahoma County District 1.

- 30 Juvenile Bureau
- 16. Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement for Services between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Oklahoma Jail and Prison Ministries for the purposes of providing chaplain services to the youth. Requisition #12504891, not to exceed $1,500, has been issued to Oklahoma Jail and Prison Ministries. This Agreement for Services shall be effective February 2025 through June 30, 2025. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
