This is a reimbursement grant. District 1 will utilize the funding to assist the City of Spencer with the demolition of sections of old sidewalk, removal of vegetation and topsoil, grading and compacting the base, building concrete forms and pouring 4,908 feet of new 5ft wide sidewalk with ADA ramps on property owned and under the jurisdiction of the City of Spencer.
