  12. 2. To enter executive session pursuant to 25 O.S.2021, §307(B)(1), to discuss the employment of the Jail Administrator, an individual salaried employee. Title 25, Section 307(B)(1) of the Open Meetings Act allows public bodies to go into executive session for the purpose of “discussing the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee. To enter executive session pursuant to 25 O.S.2021, §307(B)(1), to discuss the job description for the employment of a new Jail Administrator or Administrators, individual salaried employee or employees, the engagement of a search firm or consultant, and hiring of other personnel and creation of a subcommittee of the Trustees to manage the hiring process, as needed.
