Discussion and possible action regarding possible abandonment of a portion of an easement which encumbers the south thirty (30) feet of property in the NE/4 of Section 21, T13N, R2W, in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma City. Located within Oklahoma County Commissioner District 1. The Easement no longer benefits any property owner, and its abandonment will allow them to expand the improvements on their property. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
