- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-0409: Transfer of Special Revenue Fund 7030 M&O 54000 from Public Building Authority Reserve 445 in the amount not to exceed $800,000.00 into Investment Capital Building (ICB) 420 Capital 55000. Transfer is necessary to cover expenses on the ICB remodel project. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Facilities Management Director.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding project cancellation, reallocation, increase or other intended use of the excess funds from ARPA Project 10033: Court Clerk Social Distancing in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. Requested by Myles Davidson, County Commissioner.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding ARPA Project 10133: DA Transition to ICB, to increase the authorized and obligated total in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. Requested by Myles Davidson, County Commissioner.

Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation from PBA Advisory Committee to increase in funding for the ICB Exterior Envelope Project paid from the PBA 2024 Bonds, previously approved by the PBA on March, 20, 2024 in the amount of $5 million dollars to $7 million dollars. Requested by District 1.
- 10. Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation from PBA Advisory Committee to increase in funding for the JJC 2nd Floor Courtroom Architect Fees paid from the PBA 2024 Bonds, previously approved by the PBA on March, 20, 2024, in the amount of $300,000 to $500,000. Requested by District 1.

Discussion and possible action regarding a recommendation from PBA Advisory Committee to increase in funding for the Social Services Demo and Associated Improvements to convert to storage space for DA paid from the PBA 2024 Bonds, previously approved by the PBA on March, 20, 2024, in the amount of $900,000 to $1 million. Requested by District 1.
