Broadway Ave. A legal notice was published in The Journal Record on December 13, 2024, December 20, 2024, and December 27, 2024, saying that this Resolution will be considered by the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County at the Wednesday February 12, 2025, 9:00 a.m. meeting. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer and has been approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action regarding authorization for the Chairman to sign on behalf of Oklahoma County, the Warrant Replacement Request from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for the refund due on the completed project, STP-155c(879)AG on Hiwassee Road. The original was issued January 31, 2023 and was lost or destroyed. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, P.E., County Engineer.

Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement for Services between Cooley Construction LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for 1st Floor Annex Entrance & Security Project-ARPA # 10067. This change order is necessary to add furring channel. The total amount of the Change Order shall not exceed Three Thousand Forty-Three Dollars, and no cents ($3,043.00). Purchase Order 22503483 has been issued to cover this additional fee. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.

This change order is necessary to repair stem wall. The total amount of the change order shall not exceed Three Thousand Six Hundred Four Dollars, and no cents ($3,604.00).
