The total amount of the contract shall not exceed Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Two Dollars and No/100 ($230,262.00). Requisition No. 12505239 has been issued from 2034 - Jail Bond Fund contingent upon final encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer. and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

The total amount of the contract shall not exceed One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars and No/100 ($136,978.00). Requisition No. 12505240 has been issued from 2034 - Jail Bond Fund contingent upon final encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer. and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.

- 20. Discussion and possible action regarding the Services Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Sooner Mobile X-Ray for the purposes of providing portable diagnostic imaging services. Requisition #12504926 in the amount of $500 has been issued to Sooner Mobile X-Ray. This Services Agreement shall be effective February 2005 through June 30, 2025. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
