- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the minutes of the meeting of February 26, 2025 prepared by the County Clerk as authorized by statute (19 O.S. §243, 244, and 445) subject to additions or corrections by the Public Buildings Authority.

- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding all claims; list is attached and available for inspection in the Office of the County Clerk, Room 203.
- 9 Departmental Items
- 3. Discussion and possible action Amendment No. 1 between GH2 Architects, LLC and the Public Building Authority of Oklahoma County for the Oklahoma County Juvenile Justice Center Courtrooms. This amendment is to update with the most recent proposal adding a zoning and parking assessment and removing technology from the scope of work. That resulted in a decrease in the overall fee to $413,000.00. PO 20250001 will be adjusted to reflect the overall fee. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
