- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Employee Benefit Medical Claims (UMR) for Oklahoma County in the amount of $422,912.85 pending notification of encumbrance to Mariana Hernandez, Oklahoma County Treasurer's Office.

- 7. Discussion and possible action regarding approval of an amended assessment contract and program guidelines for the Oklahoma County Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (C-Pace); said program being previously created by Oklahoma County, pursuant to 19 O. S. Section 460.1 - 460.7, on November 1, 2021. Requested by District 1.

Discussion and possible action regarding the Second Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners and the Oklahoma County Public Defenders Office in the amount not to exceed $ One Million Six Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand One Hundred Seventeen Dollars and Thirty-Three Cents ($1,635,117.33) to support enhanced services of the pretrial diversion and treatment programs in Oklahoma County based upon the County's application, and contract, with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. This MOU shall cover the period of July 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025. Requested by District 1.
- 9. Discussion and possible action regarding approval of a On-Road2 Memorandum of Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) and the Board of County Commissioners. This agreement is part of the funding created by the Volkswagen Diesel Emissions Environmental Mitigation Trust. This is a reimbursement grant not to exceed $642,765.00 for the purchase of three dump trucks for Highway District 1 . Requested by District 1.

- 10. Discussion and possible regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Harrah and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of a portion of roads belonging to the Municipality, located at Tim Holt Drive between Navarre St. and NE 10th St. The total estimated project is $185,757.04 but not to exceed $190,000. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed $89,028.50. Requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District 2 and reviewed as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, ADA.
