- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the minutes of the meeting of March 26, 2025 prepared by the County Clerk as authorized by statute (19 O.S. §243, 244, and 445) subject to additions or corrections by the Public Buildings Authority.

- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-1140: Cash fund appropriation for Public Building Authority-ARPA Fund 7030-460 AR133 in the amount not to exceed $400,000.00. To appropriate miscellaneous receipt contingent upon the check being deposited from ARPA Fund 1415 per ARPA sub-recipient agreement. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.

Discussion and possible action regarding entering into a contract agreement between the PBA and Super Roof, INC in the amount not to exceed $899,984.40 for the replacement of the roof out at 7401 NE 23rd pending receipt of bonds from Super Roof, INC. PO# 20250003 issued out of the 2024 PBA Bond series. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding the Real Estate Purchase Agreement between Allen Contracting, Inc. and the Oklahoma County Public Building Authority for property located at 1100 S. Eastern Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73129. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00). Requested by Myles Davidson, Commissioner District 3.
