- 1. Discussion and possible actions to approve meeting minutes of March 11th and April 14th, 2025.

- 2. Discussion and appointment of a Trustee to chair this meeting. Requested by Joe Allbaugh.
- 3. Receive, accept and discuss report by the Jail Administrator and/or those persons designated by him, regarding operation of and improvements for the Oklahoma County Detention Center, which may include personnel recruitment initiatives, Oklahoma State Health Department matters, medical procedures and matters, budgetary and financial matters, plans for improvement of operation of the Oklahoma County Detention Center, and with possible actions as desired by the Authority. - 4. Receive, accept, and discuss income statements, financial reports, and current budget for Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority, with possible actions as desired by the Authority. Requested by Joe Allbaugh.
- 5. Approval of invoices and claims list for April 14, 2025, with discussion and actions as desired by the Authority. List available for inspection in the office of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority Secretary, Room 201, Oklahoma County Office Building. Requested by Joe Allbaugh.
- 6. Discussion, approval or other actions regarding a contract with MGT Impact Solutions, LLC regarding the for accounting, budgeting, jail cost, or other investigations and reports. Requested by Joe Allbaugh.
- 7. Discussion or approval of a contract with the City of Oklahoma City and its Police Department regarding Oklahoma City’s use of the OCDC and other services. Requested by Joe Allbaugh.
- 8. Discussion or approval of a Consulting Services Agreement with Darrell L. Ross, PhD regarding Aaron Lameal Cooper v Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County, USDC, WD Okla., No.CIV-2024-1056-D. Requested by Joe Allbaugh.

- 10. Report regarding meetings of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority Citizens Advisory Board, with discussion and possible acceptance and other actions as desired by the Authority. Requested by Joe Allbaugh.
- 11. Announcement: Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority in 2025 is on Monday, May 12, or as otherwise scheduled or held in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act. Requested by Joe Allbaugh.
