Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 2 to the Agreement for Services between Lingo and the Public Buildings Authority of Oklahoma County for the Oklahoma County Krowse Property Renovation-Sheriff Office/Emergency Ops Center. This change order will be a reduction in the general conditions expense through schedule acceleration due to HVAC delivery delays.
