Discussion and possible action to rescind the Real Estate Purchase Agreement between Allen Contracting, Inc. and the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority previously approved by the Authority on March 28, 2025, for property located at 1100 S. Eastern Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73129 in an amount not to exceed Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00). Under the terms of the Agreement, the Seller will receive an Earnest Money payment in the amount of Two Hundred-Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00). Directing the District Attorney and/or County Engineer to file all necessary documents to effectuate the rescission. Requested by Jason Lowe, Trustee.
