Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-3319: the Request for Approval of Cash Fund Transfer for Santa Fe South No G-021 for Fiscal Year 2024-25 for General Fund in the amount of $1,900,000.00. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-3421: the Request for Approval of State and/or Federal Funds for Oklahoma Connections Academy School District No. Z-003 for Fiscal Year 2024-25 for the General Fund for $486,153.24. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-3450: the Temporary Appropriations for The Academy of Seminole District No. J-002 for fiscal year 2025-26 as follows: General Fund $6,890,291.00; Building Fund $161,297.00. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-3499: Cash fund appropriation for Employee Benefits 4010 in the amount not to exceed $334,030.00 for September CJA Premiums. To appropriate funds from Employee Benefits Supplement 991 contingent upon the check being deposited and Budget Board approval. This item is requested by Jon Wilkerson, Director of Employee Benefits.
- 6. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-3553: the Request for Approval of State and/or Federal Funds for W. K. Jackson Leadership Charter School, District G-10, for fiscal year 2025-26, General Fund in the amount of $146,479.52. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 7. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-3554: the Temporary Appropriations for W. K. Jackson Leadership Charter School, District G-10, for fiscal year 2025-26, General Fund in the amount of $1,229,251.00. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 8. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-3613: Inter-fund transfer from General Fund 1001 cash to Employee Benefits Fund 4010 cash and appropriations in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00. This is to transfer General Fund cash and appropriate it to Employee Benefits to pay claims for the County for fiscal year 2025-26, as approved by the Budget Board and the Excise Board in the Oklahoma County Annual Adopted Budget in June 2025. This item is requested by Jon Wilkerson, Director of Employee Benefits.
- 9. Discussion and possible action to approve a temporary transfer in the amount of $6,000,000.00 from the Treasurer’s Resale Fund (1130), to the General Fund. This is a cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfer is necessary to cover payroll and weekly meeting checks and will be repaid mid-January 2026. Temporary transfers are allowed by 68 O.S., Section 2021. Requested by Forrest “Butch” Freeman, Oklahoma County Treasurer.
