This Final Plat (FP-2025-09) was approved by the Planning Commission on September 18, 2025. The plat includes five (5) lots encompassing approximately nine (8.92) acres. The subject property is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Waterloo Rd. and Sooner Road, in County Commissioner District 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office making application to the TSET Targeted Achievement Grants (TAG): Tobacco 21 Preventing Youth Access to Tobacco, Vapor and Nicotine Products. This is a three-year project that provides up to $30,000.00 per year for retail compliance checks. This is a 100% TSET funded grant opportunity that will provide funding for Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office Deputies to conduct compliance checks on an overtime basis. Discussion and possible action to approve temporary transfers in the amounts of $5M from the Highway Cash Fund (1110), $1M from the County Road & Bridge Fund (1111), and $1M from Capital Improvement - Regular Fund (2010), for a total of $7M to the General Fund. These are cash transfers only and will not affect encumbrances. The transfers are necessary to cover payroll and weekly meeting checks and are typically repaid mid-January of the following calendar year. Temporary transfers are allowed by 68 O.S., Section 2021.
