- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the minutes of October 23, 2025.
- 7 Departmental Items
- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-4156: Cash Fund appropriation for City of Harrah, Street and Alley Fund in an amount not to exceed $12,964.57. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-4169: the Oklahoma County Estimate of Needs for fiscal year 2025-26 and Financial Statements ending June 30, 2025, which includes amending the General Fund in the amount of $156,768,098.00, with a 10.35 mill levy; Sinking Fund in the amount of $7,951,409.71, with a 0.86 mill levy. This item is contingent upon approval by the Oklahoma County Budget Board. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 4. Discussion and possible action to certify all revised tax levies for Oklahoma County Municipalities and School Districts for the fiscal year 2025-26 as approved in this meeting and previous meetings. A certified list of mill levies is on file with the Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-4174: the Estimate of Needs for fiscal year 2025-26, and Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, which includes appropriations and certified levies for Putnam City Public Schools, District No.I-1, General Fund in the amount of $208,485,041.45, with a levy of 36.46 mills; Building Fund in the amount of $17,672,852.58, with a levy of 5.21 mills; Child Nutrition Fund in the amount of $26,052,855.76 with no mill levy, and Sinking Fund in the amount of $37,461,837.50, with a levy of 27.51 mills. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
