Discussion and possible action regarding a non-financial lease agreement between the Public Buildings Authority and T.A.S.K- Teaching and Saving Kids Program for use of the Auxiliary Office Space located at the Oklahoma County Social Services Building for the current fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Requested by Jason Lowe, Trustee.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding the following Metro Parking Garage contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management. Contract #3589, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Ameerah Dulan. Contract #3590, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Elite Pain & Injury. Contract #1071, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Terry Reeves.

Discussion and possible action regarding a Change Order to the Agreement for Services between Lingo Construction Services, Inc. and the Public Buildings Authority of Oklahoma County to add 20 calendar days due to changing the fire suppression system in the IT Room to a pre-activation system. Both parties agree additional fees associate with this change order will come from project contingency held by Lingo. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
