- 9. Discussion and possible action to announce the Annual Memorial Weekend District 2 Shine cookout honoring emergency service workers, OK County emergency first responders, and community volunteers from the Shine programs. The event will be held on Saturday, May 23rd at 7105 S. Anderson Rd. from 6pm-9pm. All Oklahoma County employees and residents are welcome to attend. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.

Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Choctaw and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the repair a drainage easement on NE 36th St. The estimated cost of materials is not to exceed $2,174.04, of which the City of Choctaw will reimburse the county 100% for actual cost of materials. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.

- 11. Discussion and possible action regarding the publishing of the Annual Oklahoma County Payroll records as required by Title 19, O.S. 2001 § 444. It shall be the mandatory duty of the Board of County Commissioners to be caused to be published a full and complete report of all the County employees and their salaries paid annually. This item was requested by Terra Collier on behalf of Maressa Treat, County Clerk.

- 12. Discussion and possible action regarding subrecipient addendum approval for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) project 30237, Mid Del Youth and Family Center. An increase of $50,000 from $250,000 to $300,000 in funding has been updated in the contract. Requested by Jessica Clayton, County Manager, on behalf of Accenture.

- 13. Discussion and possible action for approval of Resolution No. 2026-0628: declaring the following properties unused and no longer needed for courthouse, jail, or other county purposes and to be sold, after appraisal, to the highest bidder: A strip of land located in the Northwest Quarter Section Twenty-Four (24) Township Thirteen (13) North Range One (1) West of the I.M. described as follows. Beginning at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of said section, running thence south along the east line of said quarter section to the south line of said quarter section, Thence west along the south line of said quarter section to the west line of said quarter section thence north along the west line of said quarter section a distance of 40 feet, thence east on a line parallel to the south line of said quarter section to a point 40 feet west of the east line of said quarter section, thence north on a line parallel to the east line of said quarter section to the north line of said quarter section, thence east along the north line of said quarter section a distance of 40 feet to the point or place of beginning said strip of land to be used for road purposes. This action is allowed by law pursuant to Title 19 O.S. § 342-344. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, P.E., County Engineer.

Discussion and possible action regarding an Agreement for Services between MKEC Engineering Consultants Inc. and the Board of County Commissioners for engineering services on Kickapoo Turnpike Frontage Roads (RFQ P23940-02). The total amount of the contract shall not exceed Three Hundred Fifty Dollars and NO/100 ($350,000.00) from CBRI Fund (11116120). (Requisition # 12605096) Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer, as approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres Assistant District Attorney.

Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 13 to the Agreement for Services between Caddell & Co., LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for Court Clerk Social Distancing-ARPA Project # 10033. This change order is necessary to connect the auto sliding entrance doors to the fire alarm system in the amount of Six Thousand Eighty-Five Dollars and NO/100 ($6,085.00). Purchase Order 22503684 has been issued to cover this additional fee. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.

Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 14 to the Agreement for Services between Caddell & Co., LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for Court Clerk Social Distancing-ARPA Project # 10033. This change order is necessary to replace existing door operators at bathroom doors in the amount of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars and NO/100 ($9,700.00). Purchase Order 22503684 has been issued to cover this additional fee. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
