- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-0720: Consideration of funding for the reported Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority budget shortfall of $5,361,021.00. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-0723: The transfer of funds from JUUL Settlement Fund 1500 to Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (OCCJA) fund 9950 in an amount not to exceed $320,274.22. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-0724: The transfer of funds from JUUL Settlement Interest Fund 1500 to Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (OCCJA) fund 9950 in an amount not to exceed $81,270.41. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-0722: The transfer of funds from General Fund Reserve 10199500, using either one-time funds, ongoing funds, or a combination of both to the General Government 110 - Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (OCCJA) fund in an amount not to exceed $5,361,021.00.
