Discussion and possible action regarding payment authorization out of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA) 2024 Bond funds in the amount of $8,900 (PO#20260001) to Walter's Land Services for INV#0055 on the interior demo of 7401 NE 23rd St. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.

Discussion and possible action regarding payment authorization out of the Public Buildings Authority (PBA) 2024 Bond funds in the amount of $48,262.50 (PO#20250001) to GH2 Architects for pay app 10 on the Juvenile Justice Center (JJC) Courtroom remodel project. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.

Contract #1469, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Nathan Ison. Contract #7132, One (1) space @ $116.00 per parking space per month for Michelle Munda.
