- 1. Discussion and possible actions to approve meeting minutes of April 13th and 16th, 2026.

Discussion and possible action to authorize counsel to initiate legal action to determine the legality of the Authority performing the functions of transporting prisoners to and from the County Courthouse and/or operating the Courthouse holding facilities in light of Section 7, of Article IV of the Trust Indenture which provides, in relevant par “Specifically excepted and not part of the Purposes of this Authority are the following: (a) The Oklahoma County Courthouse holding/detention facilities and the Oklahoma County Juvenile Justice Center holding/detention facilities. (b) The detention of any inmates or persons held in the Oklahoma County Courthouse holding/detention facilities and the Oklahoma County Juvenile Justice Center holding/detention facilities who are subject to a Temporary Confinement Order of a Judge of the District Court. (c) Security of the Oklahoma County Courthouse or Oklahoma County Juvenile Justice Center for the judges and staff and the public. (d) The implementation, operations and transportation of any inmates or others in custody or in temporary confinement to and from the Oklahoma County Courthouse or Oklahoma County Juvenile Justice Center.” Requested by Jim Holman, Chairman.
