- 1. Action to open "Public Hearing" to allow any citizen to discuss the Oklahoma County Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27. Notice of Public Hearing was properly published on May 29, 2026. Any citizen wishing to discuss or make comments on the Oklahoma County Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27 may do so at this time.
- 2. Action to close "Public Hearing".
- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding the Oklahoma County General Fund Annual Adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27 in the amount not to exceed $163,252,323.00. This item is requested by Maressa Treat, County Clerk and Secretary to the Board.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding amending Resolution 2026-2192: Transfer of funds from Special Revenues American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fund 1415-365 Maintenance & Operations (M&O) to Behavioral Care Center Fund 1415-305 AR130 in the amount not to exceed $428,399.88. Reallocation of remaining District 2 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to Behavioral Care Center. This item was previously approved on May 21, 2026, and is being represented due to a scrivener’s error. This item is requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.

Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2315: Transfer of funds for Special Revenue American Rescue Plan 2021 (ARPA) Special Revenue Fund 1415 from 1415-371 Employee Benefits ARPA Reimbursement, Project AR113, Maintenance & Operations (M&O) 54361 to 1415-365 Maintenance & Operations (M&O) 54000 in an amount not to exceed $104,568.21. This transfer is to reallocate to other projects. This item was requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
- 6. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2325: Transfer of appropriations for Special Revenue Fund 1400 AG Opioid Abatement Grant 1400-220, Project G00004 - AG Opioid Abatement Grant 2025, from Maintenance and Operations (M&O) 54000 to Salaries 51001, Benefits 52010, Benefits 52031, Benefits 52032 in an amount not to exceed $14,285.00. This transfer is necessary to cover the indirect costs for the Grant administrator. This item is requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District Two and Chairman of the Board.
