Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2483: Transfer of funds from Special Projects-OKDMHSAS (Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services) Grant 2024 Special Revenue Fund 1400-220 Project Code G0001- OKDMHSAS (Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services) State Question 781 - to OK County Community Safety Investment Depository Fund 6047 in the amount not to exceed $429,111.01, contingent upon the check being deposited. Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2431: Request to establish a new Capital Improvement Project, C00093, for the Juvenile Justice Chiller 2026, contingent upon Board of County Commissioners approval, and to transfer $900,000.00 from Project C0086 - Juvenile Courtrooms to establish the original budget for this project. This project is necessary to track the mechanical, installation, electrical, engineering, and design expenses for the Juvenile Justice Center Chiller.
