- 3. Discussion and possible action to receive prior resolutions and/or minutes of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority setting forth the management structure and policies for the Oklahoma County Detention Center. Requested by Jim Holman, Chairman.

Discussion of prior resolutions and/or minutes of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority setting forth management and decision-making responsibilities and action to adopt, modify, or exclude provisions in draft Bylaws of the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority. Requested by Jim Holman, Chairman.
- 5. Discussion and possible action to approve subjects for inclusion in the bylaws including, but not limited to: contingency methods to approve claims, preliminary and time-sensitive litigation decisions, handling of personnel matters, use of personal email and electronic devices for public business, approval of contracts, acceptance of donations, public comments to the media, approval of agenda items to be considered by the Authority, and roles of subcommittees.
