Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-2965: authorizing the authority to issue its revenue note, taxable series 2026A (Revolving Letter of Credit) in the aggregate revolving principal amount of $10,000,000; waiving competitive bidding and authorizing the note to be sold on a negotiated basis; approving and authorizing execution of a letter of credit reimbursement agreement, letter of credit demand note, and unconditional letter of credit pertaining to a pledge of certain revenue; approving and authorizing the execution of a master construction contract, approving and authorizing the execution of the note, deposit accounts and other documents relating to the transaction; and containing other provisions relating thereto.
