Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 08 to the Agreement for Services between Cooley Construction LLC and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for 1st Floor Annex Entrance & Security Project-ARPA # 10067. This change order is necessary for Quad outlet in mechanical room, maglocks, west entrance turnstiles, pull stations and an additional camera in the amount of Eighteen Thousand, Seven Hundred, Forty Dollars and 00/100 ($18,740.00). Discussion and possible action regarding the renewal of the FY26-27 MOU between Metro Technology Center and the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office for the provision of a full time firearms instructor being assigned to manage the indoor firearms range on the South Bryant Metro Technology Center Campus. This position is funded at 100% by Metro Technology Center in an amount not to exceed $97,748.04. Requested by Tommie Johnson III, Oklahoma County Sheriff.
