- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding the repair and/or replacement of up to three (3) elevators in the Oklahoma County Detention Center in an amount not to exceed $2,914,106.04. This item requested by Charles Dodson, First Deputy for District Two and Chairman of the Board.

Discussion and possible action regarding reallocating a total amount not to exceed $2,914,106.04 from any of the currently established line items in the Capital Projects 2010 budget including unallocated funds, or other sources, to fund and establish a line item for the Oklahoma County Detention Center elevator(s) project.
