- 12. Discussion and possible action regarding reinstating $125,000.00 for phase two of the Space Reorganization to Assessor’s Capital Project C0084. Funds were previously placed in Assessor’s Capital budget in 2025-2026. Due to the project taking longer than anticipated, that money was returned at the end of 2025-2026 fiscal year. Requested by Mike Morrison, Chief Deputy for Assessor’s office.

Discussion and possible action regarding the temporary reallocation of County budgeted funds in the amount of $66,666.67 per month, for the duration of Oklahoma County District Court Case No. CV-2026-1432 or until further action by the Budget Board, from the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority’s FY 2026-2027 General Fund appropriation to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office General Fund appropriation. The reallocation is intended to preserve the original budgetary purpose of those funds by directing them to the governmental entity currently performing inmate transportation services pending the District Court’s determination of the parties’ respective legal responsibilities. This item is requested by Brandon Holmes, County Sheriff's Office.
