- 1. Discussion and possible actions to approve meeting minutes of July 28, 2026.

- 2. Discussion of individual sections of model bylaws and action to adopt, modify, or exclude provisions. Requested by Jim Holman, Chairman.
- 3. Discussion and possible action to receive proposals from counsel, the public, or committee members for additional subjects for inclusion in the bylaws including, but not limited to: contingency methods to approve claims, preliminary and time-sensitive litigation decisions, handling of personnel matters, use of personal email and electronic devices for public business, approval of contracts, acceptance of donations, public comments to the media, approval of agenda items to be considered by the Authority, and roles of subcommittees.
