- 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the minutes of the meeting of August 3, 2026 prepared by the County Clerk as authorized by statute (19 O.S. §243, 244, and 445) subject to additions or corrections by the Public Buildings Authority.

- 2. Discussion and possible action regarding all claims; list is attached and available for inspection in the Office of the County Clerk, Room 203. Item requested by the Accounts Payable Department, Office of the County Clerk.

- 3. Discussion and possible action regarding the use of the Lincoln Building Event Room, located at 4205 N. Lincoln Blvd., OKC, OK 73105, by Clarinda Ellis for the purpose of Church Pastor Appreciation on Sunday, September 13th, 2026, from 10 am - 7 pm. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
- 4. Discussion and possible action regarding the use of the Lincoln Building Event Room, located at 4205 N. Lincoln Blvd., OKC, OK 73105, by Oklahoma County Election Board for the purpose of Mandatory biennial training of current and potential precinct officials on Monday, September 14th through Thursday, September 17th, 2026, from 8 am to 12 pm daily. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
- 5. Discussion and possible action regarding the following Metro Parking Garage contracts with the Oklahoma County Public Buildings Authority. Requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management. Contract #1011, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Colby Burpo. Contract #1021, One (1) space @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Yvonne Jones. Contract #3000, Eight (8) spaces @ $91.00 per parking space per month for Allied Steel.
- 13 Citizen Participation: “Citizens may address the Board during open meetings under the agenda item “Citizen’s Participation.” However, the Board cannot discuss, take action or make any decisions on matters not on the current agenda. Please fill out a “Citizen’s Participation” request form provided by the County Clerk’s office or complete the fillable form that will be provided by PublicComment@oklahomacounty.org and submit via email or hand the form to the recording secretary prior to the meeting.
