When more information is needed to act on an item, the Council may refer the matter to the City Manager or the City Attorney. The Council may also refer items to standing committees of the Council or a board, commission, or authority for additional study. Hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution declaring the primary structure and all secondary structures (unless otherwise specifically noted) on the property located at 410 NW Woodridge Drive, 606 SW D Avenue (Secondary Structure Only), 622 SW Highland Avenue, 803 SW D Avenue, 908 NW Bell Avenue, 1008 SW Roosevelt Avenue, 1109 NW 34th Street, 1210 NW Smith Avenue, 1215 SW 25th Place, 1305 SW 26th Street, 2011 SW Douglas Avenue, 2031 SW Charles W Whitlow Avenue, 2508 SW Latham Avenue, 2513 SW C Avenue, 4505 SW G Avenue, 6102 SW Park Avenue, to be dilapidated pursuant to Section 6-5-1 Lawton City Code, ordering the owner to abate the nuisance, authorizing summary abatement, and authorizing the City Attorney to commence legal action in District Court to abate the nuisance. 24-2026

7. 7 The City of Lawton encourages participation from all of its citizens. If participation at any public meeting is not possible due to a disability, notification to the City Clerk at (580) 581-3305 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accommodations. The City may waive the 48 hour rule if interpreters for the deaf (signing) is not the necessary accommodation."
