Continue the consideration of adopting a Resolution declaring the structures located at 1217 NW Cache Road, 2550 NW Ft Sill Blvd, and 3134 NW Cache Road, to be dilapidated pursuant to Section 6-5-1 Lawton City Code, ordering the owner to abate the nuisance, authorizing summary abatement, and authorizing the City Attorney to commence legal action in District Court to abate the nuisance. 24-2213

Hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution declaring the structure and all secondary structures on the property located at 209 SW I Avenue, 211 SW I Avenue, 213 SW I Avenue, 415 SW Jefferson Avenue (Secondary Structure), 808 SW 3rd Street, 810 SW 3rd Street, 812 SW 3rd Street, 1008 SW Roosevelt Avenue, 1505 SW Sheridan Road, 1608 SW Douglas Avenue, 1609 SW Douglas Avenue, 1722 NW Cache Road, 1811 SW 6th Street, 1831 NW Cache Road, 1902 W Gore Blvd., 2402 SW Lee Blvd., to be dilapidated pursuant to Section 6-5-1 Lawton City Code, ordering the owner to abate the nuisance, authorizing summary abatement, and authorizing the City Attorney to commence legal action in District Court to abate the nuisance. 25-0048
