Consider approving a resolution amending the City of Lawton FY 23-24 budget, as amended, by appropriating $1,000,000 to the Hotel Tax Fund Economic Development Line Item and $1,103,003.75 to the 2019 Propel Capital Improvement Budget to provide funding for the Fires Innovation Science & Technology Accelerator Trust Authority (FISTA) additional funding for economic development.
