Consider approving a resolution amending Appendix A, Schedule of Fees and Charges, Lawton City Code, 2015, increasing the fee for uncovered/unsecured loads, establishing an effective date, and allowing floor amendments along with discussing other methods to improve compliance with Lawton City Code requirements to cover and secure all transported refuse and direct staff as deemed necessary.
