Consider approving an Agreement between City of Lawton and The Oklahoma Development Finance Authority, for funding for Goodyear Boulevard Reconstruction from Lee Boulevard to Cache Road, Project No. EN2002B, which is in accordance with the True North Culture Statement by providing a more efficient service to the citizens of Lawton.
