In accordance with the True North Culture Statement, that we do everything for the citizens, hold a public hearing and consider approving the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Federal Fiscal Year 2022 and authorize the Mayor to execute all necessary documents to submit an approved CAPER.
