Consider issuing a Small Cell Wireless Facility Revocable Permit for small cell wireless facilities located in the public rights-of-way as noted in Exhibit A and authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the documents in accordance with doing everything for the citizens of Lawton with the True North Culture Statement.
