Consider and take action with respect to an inducement resolution of the City of Lawton, Oklahoma (the “City”), declaring its official intent to approve the incurring of indebtedness by one or more of the public trusts of which the City is the beneficiary in one or more series of bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness to finance all or a portion of the cost of the acquisition, construction, equipping, renovating, and improving of certain capital improvement projects to be located within the City as deemed necessary; and containing other provisions relating thereto.
